Awards

Perseverance is not some kind of mysterious quality that is reserved for only a few. It’s available to everyone—and that means you!

While I believe that hard work is its own reward, successfully persevering in reaching your goal will sometimes result in some kind of recognition.

These kinds of honours often come in the form of something you can place on a shelf or hang on a wall. Personally, I’ve always appreciated the kind of acknowledgement where someone just shakes your hand and says, ‘good job.’

Still, being the recipient of an honour is very humbling and people who receive tributes know very well that they did not set out seeking recognition.

Leaders set out to make a difference—because it’s the right thing to do!
