Pictures that are locked in our mind become the powerful moments we learn from. These images teach us over-and-over again, how persevering is the key to reaching your goal.

Editor’s Note: The pictures below are a composite of pieces that were taken during the road journeys of 1995 and 1998.
Whenever Jesse and John are seen together, these are pieces from 1995. Most of the other pictures are from the cross Canada journey of 1998. The exceptions are the pictures of Jesse and John meeting Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Order of Ontario presentation, all of which were taken in the years between 1995 and 1998.
The picture of the Olympic torch from the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver was taken in London on Christmas Eve 2009.
